The fabric is manufactured in Germany and according to traditional methods in several elaborate steps. How do I properly care for Petromax loden?
Your loden adventure clothing is very easy to care for and will withstand your adventures for years if you follow these tips:
After use on sweaty and sparking expeditions, simply airing it out is enough to make it smell fresh again. Because loden fabric is odor-resistant, body odor and smoke odor will not soak into the material. Coarse dirt (e.g. mud) can simply be brushed out dry with a clothes brush. Normally, washing is not necessary. However, if your explorations have been so intense that brushing is no longer sufficient, you can wash your loden clothing with the specially developed hand detergent or take it to a dry cleaner.
